How to sell CBD oil

Introduction

Should you choose to go down the route of buying hemp CBD oil wholesale, you’ll need to make decisions about what you’re going to do with all of it.

Of course, nobody is expecting you to use them all by yourself, but here are a few ideas on how you can sell them.

  1. Selling bottles

You could just sell the individual bottles. The price you’ll be selling the bottles for is going to be higher than the amount you would have paid for them, therefore giving you a profit.

This is the basic model of pretty much any business- sell things for more money than you paid for them.

This option is good for people who want to make money from CBD oil, but don’t want to put in too much work or creativity into their products. It’s essentially like owning your own CBD shop.

It’s also the option that has the easiest maths to figure out.

  1. Bundle-Boxes

A trend that has become very common in recent years is the bundle box. This is where you put items that fall under the same category into one box, and sell the box at a higher price than you paid for the individual products.

You might want to sell a “health bundle-box”, which contains CBD oil, vitamins, and a booklet on exercise.

You could also do a kind of “Weed lover’s bundle-box” containing CBD oil, a few pieces of tat with a cannabis leaf, a dry herb vape pen, and some papers for rolling a joint.

A lot of these “bundle-boxes” can reach some very high prices; you can make a lot from them.

  1. Treats

If you’re a rather hands-on and creative person, one option could be to make something using the oil. There are loads of things that you could make.

Most of the time, this is going to be some sort of food or drink. You can turn a delicious meal or treat into a delicious and beneficial meal or treat with just a few drops of CBD oil

It’s great for people who have a real skill in the kitchen, but who love CBD oil, and want others to experience it. You even get entire restaurants dedicated to CBD.

  1. Beware the law

Be warned however, there are a few things to keep in mind if you go for this option.

If you plan on sending your food long distance, you need to make sure it won’t go mouldy and rotten in the packet before it gets to your customer.

And if you plan on selling anything edible, you’ll need to find out what your locals laws about that are. It could be that you need to get yourself a license, and regularly get inspected.

This might not be the most convenient choice for many of you.

  1. Wait until value increases

And your final option is to just wait.

This is similar to the “selling them as individual bottles”option, but taking it a step further to make more profit.

As we all know, prices can go up and down with time. And an effective way to make money is buy things when they’re cheap, and sell them when they become expensive again. If your items are cheaper than the shops but more expensive than when you bought them, it’s a win win.

CBD has an incredibly long shelf-life, after a whopping 24 months, it begins to lose it’s potency. And even after that, it’s still safe to consume.

  1. Conclusion

Maybe you’ve brought CBD oil in wholesale because you like stocking up. Or maybe you plan on selling it.

If you’re the latter, you might want to think about how you’re selling it. Do you just want to sell the bottles, add it into a bundle, or make something out of it?
